My Least Favorite Park

This is a playground built in my mind. Here, no child is in charge. What rules here is color, rhythm, flow, and shape… But wait, don't children possess these very things? Maybe this is an ode to innocence. To the painful ache of growing up. To the longing for play, that maybe never truly returns. This circuit I'm proposing we break is the "adult" way of playing. It's about building a world of rhythms and colors that belongs entirely to you. And yes, it is possible. A man's pleasure isn't found only in his work. Seriously, why does childhood fun so often feel like a training course for adult life? For working hard to earn a little bit of pleasure? I don't know. God knows I tried.
