New person, same old mistakes

Every year since 2021, I min my birthday by making a self-portrait. It’s my way of understanding where I am, where I’ve been, and writing a bit of my own history. And this year, the big star would’ve been my bald head, which I finally decided to embrace, with a tattoo on it, something that helps me see beauty and feel proud. I usually do that with my insecurities: I turn them into something I’m proud of. It couldn’t be any different.
