Behold the majestic Tumpak Sewu Waterfalls of Indonesia.
This is by far one of my all-time favourite waterfalls.
Not only was it one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, but the adventure was also equally, if not more, epic.
I finagled my way down a janky stairway to the valley below, waded through the river and finally made it to the base of the falls.
Between the loud roar of the water crashing down and getting blasted with a perpetual spray of mist, I was invigorated with the feeling of simply being alive.
It completely baffled me as I watched every single one of these roaring falls cascade over the edge and into the abyss.
